FAQ

Answers Before You Even Ask

MOQ depends on the style and fabric — typically 300–500 pieces per style and color for workwear. For repeat orders and simple styles we can often go lower. Send us your design and we will confirm the exact MOQ within 48 hours.

Prototypes are usually ready in 7–10 working days after specs are confirmed. Pre-production samples follow after fabric and trims are sourced. Samples are shipped by express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and typically arrive within a week.

Standard lead time is 45–60 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and season. Repeat orders are faster. We always confirm a delivery date in writing before production starts.

We regularly manufacture to EN ISO 20471 (EU) and ANSI/ISEA 107 (US) for hi-vis, and EN 343 for rain protection, and can produce to CSA Z96, AS/NZS 4602.1 and other standards on request. Third-party testing and certification are arranged with accredited labs such as SGS, TÜV or Intertek.

Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T before production, balance against copy of Bill of Lading. For established partners we can discuss L/C or other arrangements.

We ship FOB Fuzhou or Xiamen. DDP and door-to-door delivery to major destinations worldwide can also be arranged through our freight partners.

Yes — woven labels, care labels, hang tags, heat-transfer logos, embroidery and custom packaging are all handled in-house or with long-term trim suppliers.
